Just wanted to say Sarah was an absolutely fantastic property manager in my time renting through Coastwide, given it was my my first time vacating a place being on a lease, I was super nervous for the moving out process knowing it’s not always sunshine and rainbows for renters in the current state of things but Sarah was so communicative, friendly and was more than happy to provide me with everything I needed including positive references that helped me land my dream place quickly after moving out of my last property.
