I have worked in the property industry and been a tenant for over 20 years. Most of the time, the reality of being a tenant means that you tend to just have accept what the owner is willing to offer as most property managers won’t bother with doing more than they have to and are obligated to do. Which can and has in the past left us feeling somewhat Iike we just don’t really matter and the only way we will change it is by buying our own home. I can hand on heart say that this is not the case with our Property Manager Jade McPherson. She works hard for her owners and her tenants equally. She understands that’s keeping tenant overturn costs the owner more money in the long run and therefore makes every effort care for and give amazing service to both. She’s proactive and responsive and so so efficient. She truly is a unicorn property manager. It’s very clear that Coastwide take the task employing great staff very seriously.
